Sauté onion, celery, butter and salt & pepper on low heat for 20 minutes. Pour chicken broth in 2 quart saucepan. Bring to a boil and place chicken in broth to heat. In a separate bowl stir together eggs and milk. In a large bowl combine loaf of bread and stuffing mix. Pour butter mixture and broth mixture over bread and stuffing and stir. Pour butter mixture and broth mixture over bread and stuffing and stir. Add in egg mixture and stir well. Place in 9X13 pan. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
