  • salt and pepper to taste (garlic salt!)
  • 6 english muffins sliced
  • 6 slices cheese whatever floats your boat
  • 18 slices deli meat whatever floats your boat

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray jumbo muffin tin or small ramekins with nonstick spray. Crack egg into each and pierce yolk on each. sprinkle garlic salt and pepper over eat egg, to taste. Bake eggs 15 minutes, or until set. remove from oven and let cool. Layer one piece of cheese on muffin with deli meat on top. Then put one egg on top of meat. wrap in plastic wrap and freeze. Re-heat in microwave wrapped in paper towel. 1 minute at 50% power, flip and one minute on regular power. If you are like husband, before you microwave second time, add a little hot sauce or other kind of meat mix on top for some extra flavor.
