Beat butter until smooth. Add sugar, beat until fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Sift in dry ingred.; add to Butter mixture alternately with pumpkin , ending with flour mixture. Stir in the chocolate chips and 1 C. Of pecans. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9×5" loaf pans. Sprinkle with remaining pecans. Bake at 350 degree oven for 65 to 70 min. Cool for 10 min., in pans. Remove to wire racks. Glaze with Spiced Glaze while warm. Makes 2 loaves. Spiced Glaze: Mix ingred. Together until a glaze consistency is reached.
