Put the pasta on to cook. While the pasta cooks, brown the meats in a large skillet. Sprinkle the chili powder over the top of the meat. Add the cumin. Reduce heat until the pasta is done. When the pasta is done, drain some (NOT all) of the water off of the pasta. Add the salsa to the pot. Pour the meat mixture into the pot. Simmer to allow all the flavors to mix. Serve with corn bread muffins or other favorite bread or cracker.
