Sometimes I use red onion. Try adding mango tossed with 1 t blanco tequila and 1 t lime juice. Try adding pomegranate seeds.

  • 2 hass avacados
  • 1 t lime juice fresh-squeezed, about 1 lime
  • 1/2 t kosher salt
  • 1/4 c white onion finely diced
  • 1 serrano chile minced
  • 2 t roma tomato cored, seeded, diced

Split, pit and mash the avocado flesh with the lime juice and salt (with a potato masher or fork, NEVER a blender or food processor). Stir in the onion, cilantro, serrano and tomato. Serve with chips or on tacos.
