I made this recipe from leftovers like any kind of meat, veggies, onion, garlic and cheese.

  • 1 clove garlic finely chopped
  • 1/2 onion finely chopped ( you can use red onion)
  • leftover meat any kind chopped
  • leftover veggies any kind of veggie ( asparagus, grn beans, ect) just an idea
  • shredded cheese white cheddar or yellow, or mx. blend
  • seasoning salt this is optional
  • das hot sauce this is optional

In medium skillet, saute the onion and garlic in about 2 T. Of olive oil. Fry until tender. Add in the chopped meat and stir, add in the veggies. Heat until hot. Add in the eggs with the milk and seasonings. Stir. ( you can keep in same skillet to bake in or transfer to a pie plate that has been buttered. Top with the shredded cheese bake for about 15 to 20 min. Just until the center is cooked and not loose. V this also makes great leftovers for breakfast or dinner
