  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 12 slider size potato rolls cut in half
  • 1 pounds ham thin sliced
  • 3/4 pound swiss cheese thin sliced
  • 2 teaspoon onion minced
  • 1 teaspoon poppy seeds or sesame seeds

1. Preheat oven to 350. Mix onion, butter, poppy seeds, dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce 2. Cut rolls and lay bottoms in deep pan 3. Spread bottom half of rolls with ham, then cheese, then pour wet ingredients on top. Place the top half of rolls on the top. 4. Cover (with tin foil?) and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes 5. Good hot, cold, or room temp. Exact amounts may need adjusting after making this recipe the first time - amts are estimates.
