Bring 1 cup of water to boil. Stir in 1 1/3 cup of minute brown rice. Cover and let sit 5 minutes Heat the butter and cook the beaten egg in a 10" skillet. Add 1/3 cups chopped onion and the rice. Saute until slightly brown. Add 1/3 cup of wate. Add 1/3 cup of soy sauce. Cook and stir well. Serve hot.
