  • 2 green peppers coarsely chopped
  • 1 bunch scallions coarsely chopped
  • 28 ounces diced tomatoes canned
  • 1 bunch celery coarsely chopped
  • 1 head cabbage coarsely chopped
  • 1 large can of v-8
  • 1 small can of spicy v-8 this is hard to find so i just add a fresh jalapeno
  • 1-2 cubes chicken or beef bouillon cubes
  • 1 bunch carrots coarsely chopped, *optional
  • 1 bunch celery coarsely chopped, *optional
