  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • frozen pie crust
  • 1 and 1/2 cups milk
  • (optional - 1/2 tsp nutmeg - this is my own secret
  • 1 and 1/2 cups of any chopped and cooked/steamed veg cooked meat, shrimp, bacon, ham etc..(i have also used left over chicken taco meat.)

step 1 oven at 375 degrees step 2 - prepare cookie sheet or big cake pan lines with aluminum foil for each quiche (for possible over flow) step 3 - get crust ready step 4 - cook up veggies and/or meat step 5 - in a big mixing bowl mix in eggs, milk, and spices with a hand mixer for a minute or 2 step 6 - stir in cheese and veggies, meat etc step 7 - pour the mixture into pie, filling a little over half up step 8 - place on cookie sheet or cake pan and put in oven step 9 - cook for about 45 minutes (check at 30 minutes) step 10 - it is cooked when you stick a knife or toothpick in the middle and it comes out mostly dry
