First of all you need to separate all six of the eggs. In a large bowl beat the egg yolks, then add the sugar, salt and milk. Sift together the flour, baking soda and baking powder. Then dip each in the melted butter and dunk in cinnamon sugar mixture! These are the most delicious little round pancakes you will ever eat! I make this breakfast on Christmas morning every year for my family and they look forward to it every year! This recipe has been doubled because my family will eat these all day!
