For example, some gluten free flours have 110 carbs per cup, while Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Flour has eighty! Be sure to check carb counts on various products! Notes: *Xantham Gum: I previously forgot to put this in the recipe. If you substitute Xantham Gum for the Vital Wheat Gluten, you need to use half as much of it as the gluten.
