  • 3/8 cup butter
  • 7 1/2 eggs
  • 5 1/4 ounces chopped green chiles
  • 3/4 pound monterey jack cheese shredded

Preheat oven to 400. Melt butter in a 13 X 9 X 2 pan. Beat eggs, add flour and salt. Add melted butter, chiles and cheeses. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes, reduce heat to 350 and bake 35-40 minutes longer.
