  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 slice bread

1) Cut a hole in the center of each piece of bread. Set aside. 2) Heat a pan over medium heat. When the pan is hot melt butter. 3) Add bread and the center pieces to melted butter in pan. Cook for 30 seconds to 1 minute. 4) Crack an egg into the center of each piece of bread. Cook for 1 minute. 5) Turn over bread and centers, trying to not break the yolk. Cook for 1 minute. 6) Put on plate and serve immediately.
