  • 1 pound roast beef thinly sliced
  • 1 pound cream cheese softened
  • 1 tablespoon garlic mashed

Mix together the garlic and cream cheese in a small bowl. Lay flat a full slice of roast beef and spread about 1/2 tablespoon of cream cheese mixture on the bottom 2/3 of the meat. Roll from bottom to top. Cut in half and secure with toothpick.
