  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts
  • 2 large pkgs. cream cheese
  • 1 can water packed tuna
  • 1 pack onion soup mix
  • 1/2 cup horseradish (more or less to taste)

Soften cream cheese to room temperature. Place in large bowl and mix well together by hand or electric mixer. Place all on wax paper in form of ball and chill. When thoroughly chilled shape into nicely shaped smooth ball; roll in chopped, chipped beef, corned beef, chopped parsley or chopped nuts.
