1. Place potatoes, onions, carrots, celery, dried basil and parsley in a large crock pot. Pour chicken broth over veg. Cover with lid and cook on low 6-8 hours or high 4-5 hours or until tatoes tender. 2. 45 min before serving, cook beef in skillet and add to crock. Add butter to skillet and whisk flour until bubbling and brown. Whisk in milk, salt, pepper. Add to crock and stir. 3. Add cheese and stir. Cover lid and wait 30 mins or until cheese is melted
