  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 6 potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 4 tablespoon butter

Boil potatoes until very tender. Add milk and butter, mash. Let the mashed potatoes cool and form into flattened pancakes. Heat oil over medium heat. Fry one side of the patty until browned and flip, repeat the process on the other side.
