  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup rice leftover rice is perfect for this

Combine the milk and sugar in a sauce pan and bring it almost to a simmer. Don't let it boil and be careful not to scorch it. Then add the rice and almost bring it to a simmer again. Once hot, remove from the stove and add the vanilla. Enjoy!
