Date: Fri, 22 Mar 1996 11:59:22 -0600 (CST) From: Chris Kaufman <kaufman@biosci.cbs.umn.edu> just had the best breakfast Ive had in awhile and thought Id share it with you... er the recipe anyways. ;> It is from Big Flavors of the Hot Sun. I forget the authors and cant look it up since I sent it to my sister for her b-day. Serves 4 as an appetizer Dredge oysters in first three ingrediants and fry in oil. Fry for 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned. Set aside. Cook ginger, scallions and chile in the oil for 1 minute. Add soy to egg and scramble with the other ingrediants. Add dash of Franks or Tabasco if desired. Yummmm! Though I think it would have gone better with a nice lager or pilsn, rather than the coffee I had <shrug>. I halved the above recipe which worked perfectly for one for breakfast. CHILE-HEADS DIGEST V2 #274 From the Chile-Heads recipe list. Downloaded from Glens MM Recipe Archive, G Internet.
