  • 1 can stewed tomatoes undrained
  • 1 pound sausage smoked fully cooked
  • 6 small new potatoes unpeeled & quartered
  • 1 small onion cut into 8 wedges
  • 1/2 small cabbage cut into 6 wedges

In large skillet, combine all ingredients except cabbage; mix well. Arrange cabbage wedges on top. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low, cover and cook 15-20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Spoon sauce from skillet over cabbage wedges before serving.
