Cook Tomatoes until they fall apart or are easy to mash. Put a little sugar in to take away bitter taste. Keep tasting and adding sugar until they are no longer bitter. After about half hour after cooking tomatoes at hot temperature, add the Kidney beans including the juice. Cook tomatoes and beans until both are easy to mash or fall apart. Slow Cook Pot on High for about 2 and one half hours or more. Brown Ground Beef in skillet , just until red disappears. Add to tomatoes and Beans. Cut onions in large slices ( from side not circular slices) add. Pour Tomato Sauce into mix. Add salt, pepper,and or garlic salt or powder if you like, to taste. Season with chili powder to your liking. Continue to season and taste until it suits you. Basically, you use quite a bit because this gives chili its taste. Continue to cook until onions are done. Another 30-45 minutes.
