  • 3/4 c dried cranberries
  • 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
  • 3/4 c chicken stock
  • 1 c diced onion
  • 5 1/4 c dried bread cubes
  • 1 lb bulk sausage (turkey or pork)
  • 3/4 c chopped celery
  • 2 1/2 tsp. dried sage
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
  • (i cheat and use 4 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning)
  • 1 med. golden delicious apple peeled and chopped
  • 1/3 c chopped parsley
  • 1/4 c unsalted butter melted
  • 1 chicken liver cooked and diced

Put bread cubes in a large bowl. In a large skillet cook sausage and onion over med. heat, stirring and breaking up lumps until fully cooked. Add celery and seasoning, cook 2min. while stirring. Add sausage mixture to bread cubes, along with apple, cranberries, parsley and liver. Toss well. Drizzle with stock and butter, toss well. Bake at 350° 20-30 min
