  • 1 cup lemonaise (or lemonaise light) available at gelsons or use mayo instead
  • 3/4 cup grated parmesean cheese
  • 8 oz artichoke hearts drained well and chopped into bite size pieces
  • crusty bread or crackers i use la brea bakery sourdough bagette and ask the bakery to slice it thinly
