I don't know if this is really Swedish style, but that is what they were called in the recipe I was given. However, they do taste delicious, and it is quick to prepare.

  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 1 pound ground beef or turkey
  • 2 teaspoons onion minced
  • 6 tablespoon water

Mix ground meat, oats, milk, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, salt, and onion together and form into balls. Place in a single layer into an 8 inch square pan. Mix ketchup, brown sugar, water, and vinegar. Pour over meatballs in pan. Bake in 325? oven for 45-60 minutes.
