  • 1 can chili w/o beans (i like hormel)
  • 1/3 cup medium salsa
  • 1 can green chilis
  • 3/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup green onions (optional)
  • 1 cumin black pepper, chili pepper, pepper sauce to taste
  • 1 bag corn chip scoops

In a large mixing bowl blend ingredients with mixer until a smooth consistency. (Some small chunks of cream cheese is ok) Poor mix into a greased oven-safe bowl. Place into a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let cool for ½ hour before serving.
