This is a very interesting salsa....but when Larry at work brings this, he literally gets mauled. I add chopped jalapenos, the zesty dressing and asiago cheese for more pizzaz!!

  • 1 bunch cilantro leaves, whole chopped fine
  • 1 bunch green onion cleaned and chopped
  • 4 large roma tomato or more to taste, chopped
  • 1 can chopped black olives small
  • 1 can chopped green chiles 4 oz
  • 1 can chopped jalapenos optional
  • 8 ounces monterey jack cheese also good with asiago cheese
  • 1 small bottle zesty italian dressing i use kraft but use your favorite
  • tortilla chips or strips
