  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 3/4 pound sausage
  • 1 pound frozen diced hash browns

Place eggs in heated skillet (medium to medium-high). Cook until almost done, then add sausage. Cook a couple of minutes, then add hash browns. When throughly heated, sprinkle cheese on top. Let sit until cheese is melted. Then turn off stove and eat!
