  • 1 package lipton onion mix

Preheat oven to 375.wash and cut potatoes into bite size. Fry in large fry pan for 25-30 mins with vegetable oil and cut onion. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix fried potatoes, Lipton onion mix and 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in baking pan. Bake for 45 mins-1 hr, add cheese 5 mins before taking them out of oven
