In a food processor or grinder, grind all vegetables. Melt butter or margarine in a large skillet. Add vegetables to butter. Cook on medium heat until vegetables gel together. Add bread and mix thoroughly. Add turkey spices. Mix well. Place in casserole dish and bake 30 minutes in 350-degree F. oven. Tip: You can stuff the turkey with stuffing and cook the turkey as usual or bake 30 minutes before turkey is done in casserole dish.
