  • 500 grams leeks trimmed and cut into thick slices
  • 50 grams chpped walnuts
  • 125 grams cheddar cheese i sometime mix it up with some blee cheese

you can finish this under the grill or in the oven, it just depends on what else you are cooking. Sauté the leeks until just soft, stir through the walnuts and 2/3 cheese sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top and toast under the grill or put in the oven at 200*c until lightly golden
