  • 1/2 cup black rice

Bring kidney beans to a boil, season with ham hocks and add creole seasoning and onions. Bake at 350* for about 2 hours. No soaking. Boil water and add rice and cook approximately 45 minutes. Add to beans. Add garlic to taste.
