  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 12 large eggs hard-boiled
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise i use miracle whip
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish, drained
  • dash paprika smoked

Slice hard boiled eggs and place yolks in the bowl of a food processor. Blend for 30 seconds, then add the remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Place mixture into a plastic baggie and seal, being careful to squeeze out all excess air. Snip the lower corner of the baggie and pipe into the hollow centers of the hard boiled egg white halves. Sprinkle eggs with cayenne pepper and then with smoked paprika, and refrigerate until cold.
