  • 6 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 2 whole bay leaves
  • 1 whole carrot
  • 1 stick fresh rosemary
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 2 stars star anise
  • 1/8 jalapeno
  • 2 small tumeric roots
  • 1 small ginger roots
  • 1 small piece daikon whatever you have is fine
  • 1-5 pieces asparagus roots add if avaiable, any greens are fine
  • 1.5 tablespoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce double check if i need this much
  • 1 small piece cinnamon stick
  • 1/2 tablespoon asafetida
  • 1/4 small dried red chile
  • 2 spoons nutritional yeast
  • 3 drops lime/lemon juice
  • 1 root cuachalalate i just happened to have this on hand
  • 4 tablespoon honey/maple syrup.
