My favorite oatmeal recipe for one serving. Place in microwaveable bowl and microwave on high for 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 minutes depending on the machine. Cereal comes out thick but not lumpy, add soy milk to get consistency you desire, top with sliced fresh fruit - my favorite is banana.
