Set aside cream cheese until soft and at room temperature. Chop green onions and meat. Add 3 or 4 dashes of garlic salt over cream cheese,1 or 2 dashes paprika, 1 dash of red pepper. Add green onions and ham. Mix all ingredients and form a ball. Roll the ball in a mixture of parsley flakes, red pepper, a dash of paprika and chopped nuts. Refrigerate until ready to seve.
