Squeeze liquid from tofu. Mash in skillet. Add seasonings and stir. Cook on medium heat until all the liquid is absorbed. I have found that when adding vegetables it takes a very long time for the liquid to absorb, so I bake at 350 for 30 minutes when adding vegetables to this recipe.
