  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1 lb. squash sliced
  • 1 i onion sliced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese cubed
  • 1/4 cup soda crackers crumbled

Boil squash and onion until tender. Drain. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake @ 300 for 1 hour. Top with 1/4 cup soda crackers during last 15 minutes.
