source: My friend Sue R., a wonderful cook Clean broccoli and cut into pieces. The pieces should be long, when possible. (Include parts of the stalk.) Steam broccoli in a small amount of water until slightly tender. Drain well. Toast sesame seeds until they begin to darken. (Do not toast for a longer amount of time as they will burn.)
