Add mushrooms and squash and cover. Lower heat to medium and allow to steap until squash is softened. Enjoy. I have a really wonderful recipe for 4 cheese manicotti that is extremely lowfat but am a bit concerned about posting it here. If anyone would like it, please post me privately.
