  • 1 baguette cut into 1/2 inch slices
  • 1 cup diced plum tomatoes drain excess juice
  • 2-3 green onions i used 4
  • 1 package feta cheese 4 ounces
  • 1/4 cup black olives (chopped)
  • 1/8 cup finely chopped basil
  • 1 tsp tabasco sauce i used 2 tsps

Preheat broiler. Place bread slices on broiling pan and broil each side until lightly toasted. Set aside. In medium bowl, gently combine diced tomatoes, onions, feta cheese, olives, basil, olive oil, tabasco, and salt with fork until well blended. Using fork, top each toasted bread slice with tomato mixture. Serve on platter.
