  • 1/2 cup melter butter or less (i used 1/4 cup)
  • 1 1/2 cup milk or half and half (i used half milk and half half and half)
  • 1/2 cup bacon ham, onion, or musroom bits, crap pieces, dreained salsa, etc.

Beat eggs lightly and add biscuit mis, melted butter, half and half and seasonings. Pour in to a buttered 9" pie pan. Sprinkle optional ingredients and shredded cheese on top, Place on cookie sheet covered with foil (i didn't do this, and it has never run over). Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. Let set for 10 min before serving. The top of this mock quiche should look delicately brown at the edges. (I had to lay a sheet of foil on the pie at the end because it browned too much).
