  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk or unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 whole banana peeled
  • 1/4 - 1/2 cup old fashioned whole oats raw
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee crystals (i like it heaping)
  • 3/4 cup crushed ice
