Cut broccoli florets into uniform pieces. In a bowl, toss with enough olive oil to coat broccoli. Season with chili flakes, salt, pepper and lemon zest. Put broccoli on a baking sheet or aluminum foil in the oven at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove, toss with lemon juice, serve.
