Preheat oven to 375°. Bake Wings for 30 minutes, or until cooked through and crispy. Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine: Butter, Hot Sauce, Tomato Sauce, Chili Powder and Cayenne; mix well. When Wings are baked, dip in sauce and coat well, then shake off the excess and return coated Wings to baking sheet. Reduce oven temp to 250° and bake another 15 minutes to set the sauce.
