1. In a sauce pan, medium heat, add your olive oil and let it heat up. 2. Sautee the onion and garlic (chopped fine). 3. Add the meat of your choice till cooked. 4. Add one cup of water, let boil.' 5. Add green beans. Stir well to coat 6. Cover and cook over low - medium heat. Check often for you may require more water added. Cook till tender (roughly 30 - 40 minutes). 7. Season to taste.
