  • 1/2 cup mayonaise
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 8-oz. blocks cream cheese
  • 1 8-oz. container sour cream (i use daisy light)
  • 6 each green onions chopped (optional)
  • 1 can rotel tomatoes (i use tomatoes with habanero)
  • 14 oz. chopped spinach thawed and drained
  • 14 oz. artichoke hearts chopped

Put everything together in a crockpot, on low, for 4 hours, stirring occasionally. Or, you can bake in the oven. Spray an 8" x 8" dish with non-stick spray. Combine all ingredients together, spread into the pan, and bake at 375 for 45 minutes. Stir every 15 minutes.
