Preheat oven to 425 degrees.Spray muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray.Pour all ingredients in your blender and blend until mixed well.Carefully pour mixture into muffin cups.[ I filled mine 3/4 of the way in each cup and got 9].Bake for 20 minutes until lightly browned and a toothpick in center comes out clean.Let cool slightly then remove from pan. Keep refrigerated.
