It is the best muffin recipe Ive tried without added fat! Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix cereal, milk and sugar in bowl; let stand 5 minutes. Stir in egg equivalent and applesauce. Add dry ingredients. Spray muffin pan with no-stick spray and fill 2/3 full. Bake in oven 18-20 minutes. Makes 12 muffins. FATFREE DIGEST V96 #175 From the Fatfree Vegetarian recipe list.
