  • 1/4 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 tbs butter
  • 8 ounces cottage cheese
  • 2 cups monterrey jack cheese shredded
  • 2 tomatoes sliced

Turn oven to 370 degrees, place sliced tomatoes on top of mixture, and bake an additional 20 minutes. 4. Serve with salsa and sour cream.
